Mulligan Masters has four practice fairways. The MASHIE has 3 target greens and a water hazard. The tee box is  bluegrass, all target greens are bentgrass.
 
The NIBLICK is designed for those golfers driving 135-185 yards. It is a little more private and also has bluegrass on the tee area and bentgrass on the 2 target greens.
 
The LEARNING fairway is designed for golf school students and drill practice. It has one bentgrass target green and bluegrass on the tee area.

The premier fairway is called the BRASSIE, with a L-93 bentgrass tee box and 4 bentgrass target greens, including a water hazard. It is designed for driving distances of 125, 175, 225 and 265 yards with a separate tree-lined tee box for drivers only and a 280-yard target green. In addition, it has a fairway practice bunker.  

The short game facility offers a gently rolling putting green and a practice chipping/sand bunker green featuring PGA Tour sand. The unique 80-yard pitching area includes uphill, downhill, and sidehill lies, various lengths of grass, and a pot bunker.

Students will delight in the 9 hole putting course featuring undulating, realistic bentgrass putting surfaces with holes 50-90 feet in length. The entire course is surrounded by streams, rocks, bridges, and plantings for your visual enjoyment while you play.

The 9 hole par 3 course is designed to challenge both the experienced player and be forgiving for the novice golf school student Your choice of 2 tee areas on each hole will allow you to negotiate water, trees, and sand bunkers, or avoid hazards altogether from tee to green. Holes range from 80-185 yards in length and are designed so you can use all of the clubs in your bag.
